Now the Almighty God is the one on the throne. In Revelation 4, we see the four beasts with the six wings, full of eyes within "and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. And when those beasts give glory and honor and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever."² Revelation 4:6 reveals the beasts have eyes before and behind, while Revelation 4:8 reveals the beasts have eyes within. These are the same creatures of Ezekiel 1 and Isaiah 6, except, with a higher vision - extra wings and the eyes that see the fullness of Christ by looking in. Please, take note that not only is this Jesus on the throne, but the spiritual realm that John is recording is still where there is day and night. There will be no night when we reach the last realm of our walk.

    Let’s move forward a little futher to the eleventh chapter of Revelation, and see that the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces and worshiped God. "Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned."³

    But let’s not stop yet, for in the fifteenth chapter, John beheld those "that had gotten victory over the beast and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God. And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou king of saints. Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? For thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest."⁴ There is only one Almighty and, we must glorify his name. "Thou are righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus. For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy. And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments."⁵ The mighty God is bringing judgment upon those who blasphemed the name of God and preparing for the battle of that great day of God Almighty. Many have not the knowledge that Jesus is the living name of God. This nature of God written in flesh is the name above all names. He is the name of the Holy Ghost.⁶

    Let’s look a little further at the alpha and omega. We see that He spoke unto John, "It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son."⁷ Now it should be very obvious that Jesus is doing the speaking in this scripture. But, who is His son? He is saying that the overcomer is His son! "To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches."⁸ Does Jesus sit on two thrones? What about Revelation 21;22, "And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple lof it." We have scripturally proven, beyond any doubt, that the Alpha and Omega is Jesus, the Lord God Almighty. Then who is the Lamb?

    The carnal church has no answer for these questions, even as they had no answer when Jesus asked, "What think ye of Christ? Whose son is he? They say unto him, The son of Daivd. He saith unto them, How then doth David in spirit call him Lord, saying, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool? If Daivd then call him Lord, how is he his son? And no man was able to answer him a word, neither durst any man from that day forth ask him any more questions."⁹

Peter in his first Holy Ghost filled message, that reached three thousand souls, proclaimed the answer, "For Daivd is not ascended into heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit htou on my right hand, until I make thy foes thy footstool. Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ."¹⁰
