THE MEEK SHALL INHERIT THE EARTH

What we miss many times when considering the blessings of God are the pre-conditions. Just as surely as God has promised the meek shall inherit the earth, he has also promised a new heaven and a new earth, along with a new name (nature) worthy of enjoying the peace of this new creation. "For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your seed and your name remain." (Isaiah 66:22)
At a time when most of the church world is conditioning their converts to grow the religious wings needed for the rapture of the church, some of God’s children who are anointed with the name/nature of their Father are preparing to remain. These children know that Jesus saith (Luke 24:44) ". . . that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me." And when the children of God read about the meek inheriting the earth in Psalm 37, they consider all the conditions that go with it. (Psalm 37:9-11)"For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth. For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be. But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace." (Psalm 37: 20) "But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the Lord shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away." (Psalm 37: 34) ". . . When the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it." Part of the inheritance of the meek is seeing the defeat of the wicked one. Seeing the fire of God burn away the enemies of the Lord.
In considering the scriptures of Chapter 2 of the book of Proverbs, the meek have the understanding that the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it. But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it. The meek will witness this removal of the tares. And when they read the promise in Proverbs 10:30, "the righteous shall never be removed: but the wicked shall not inhabit the earth" the meek have the full knowledge that if God be for them, who can be against them. They are praying ‘thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth’.
When the meek read about the ‘day of the Lord’ in Isaiah 13:6-9, they don’t fear the destruction on every side as the earth is cleansed. They know, just as Isaiah prophesied in vs.9 that ". . . he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it." The meek also have the knowledge that a day spiritually is not a time span, as it is in the natural, but a day is a measure of light. God’s children, in this out pouring of light are spiritually ‘with child’ and amazed at God’s fire among them. The working of this Fire light destroys the dominion of darkness.
Jesus made it very clear to us in the book of Matthew when he explained the Kingdom parables. He said, (Matthew 13:24-30) ". . . The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn." This parable caused the disciples concern as they followed Jesus into the house saying, ". . . Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field" (Matthew 13:36). He answered by saying (Matthew 13:37-41), ". . . He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man; the field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. The son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;"
Jesus also said ". . . the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind: Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away. So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just," (Matthew 13:47-49).
Jesus then asked them (Matthew 13:51), ". . . Have ye understood all these things?" The meek understand! They know that they are the just. They have God’s promise, that as his righteous they will never be removed. They know that the appearing of Jesus is not the disappearing of the Church (the elect). Even more is revealed to the meek in Matthew 24:29-31, "immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."
The meek having the mind of the spirit, understand the persecution of the righteous, the pressures of tribulation. But their path "shineth more and more unto the perfect day". The meek know about a famine for the word, (darkness). But they have the hidden manna and a new nature (name). They have a revelation about the new heaven and its new clouds, and the new earth and its righteousness. The meek have heard the ministering spirits (angels) speak through the anointed, last-day ministries (trumpets) that have been raised up in the earth. The meek recognize the winds from their upper room experiences. The high calling of God for this body to manifest out of the virgin church is heard by the meek. (Matthew 24:37) "But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be." The meek understand that the flood took the evil away! The ark remained. They surely have a personal relationship with their ark, his name is Jesus.
In the day (light) that is already dawned in the new earth, God is preparing a people called from their spiritual refuges (heavenly places) to a new meekness. This day (light) is cleansing, purging and judging the church. It is preparing them for a spiritual walk, and for some a run (those fallen behind), in the latter rain of God.
As we wade deeper into the river created by this rain, we fear no evil for thou (the ark/Jesus) are with us. We see a promised land - where we can remain. (Luke 17:34-36) "I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in the bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left."
The meek have elected to remain. ". . . and having done all, to stand." (Ephesians 6:13)
